All products are shipped from the United States to Mexico.

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

Shipping is free on all orders over 500 MXN.

Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your package on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier as quickly as possible.
